RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but we know sometimes it just doesn't work out and that's OK. Should you wish to return the item, you can.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING RETURNS:
- Any items returned outside of the returns window.
- Items that have been washed, worn or have hygiene stickers removed (swimwear and lingerie).
- Any product deemed by Wonderlust not to be in a perfect saleable condition.
- Items that are not hygienic e.g. earrings.
ONLINE PURCHASES
We guarantee to refund or exchange any item bought online, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and proof of purchase is provided.
Please find a copy of the returns form at the end of this document.
Exchange – Wonderlust will exchange any item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is desired, please return the item and place a new order.
Condition – We will gladly accept returns of any new, unwashed, unworn and unused product with all the original packaging and garment tags retained and still attached where applicable. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
Made-to-order purchases – As these products are made to order, they are not returnable for a refund except in the event of a faulty product, however can be exchanged for store credit if returned within 14 days of delivery.
Refund – Online purchases can be returned for a full refund. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility, unless your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post or tracked courier service and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we regret we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. For faulty items, please contact us and we will send you a free returns label.
SALE ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE
As above, except that all Sale items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date and proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds – apply to items bought online only, and not to items bought in store.
IN STORE PURCHASES
Wonderlust will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds for in-store purchases. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed once expired.
Unfortunately we cannot accept earring returns for hygiene reasons. Swimwear and underwear must have hygiene stickers attached.
All items bought in store, are bought as seen.
Refunds may only be applicable if the item is deemed faulty - this is at the discretion of the store manager.
All sale items are final, no exchange or credit note given.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pierced Earrings – In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchasers credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.
