RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase, but we know sometimes it just doesn't work out and that's OK. Should you wish to return the item, you can.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING RETURNS:

  • Any items returned outside of the returns window.

  • Items that have been washed, worn or have hygiene stickers removed (swimwear and lingerie).

  • Any product deemed by Wonderlust not to be in a perfect saleable condition.

  • Items that are not hygienic e.g. earrings.

ONLINE PURCHASES

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item bought online, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and proof of purchase is provided.

Please find a copy of the returns form at the end of this document.

Exchange – Wonderlust will exchange any item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is desired, please return the item and place a new order.

Condition – We will gladly accept returns of any new, unwashed, unworn and unused product with all the original packaging and garment tags retained and still attached where applicable. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Made-to-order purchases –As these products are made to order, they are not returnable for a refund except in the event of a faulty product, however can be exchanged for store credit if returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Refund – Online purchases can be returned for a full refund. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility, unless your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post or tracked courier service and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we regret we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. For faulty items, please contact us and we will send you a free returns label.

SALE ITEMS BOUGHT

All Sale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund due to change of mind, incorrect sizing or simply not being right for you.

These items are part of the remaining stock from our permanently closed London studio and are being sold at heavily reduced prices, often below cost. We are therefore unable to accept returns or make exceptions to this policy.

Please check the sizing, measurements and product information carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about fit, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help where we can.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANYTHING

If you believe your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before sending it back. Do not return an item without prior agreement and instructions from us.

Unauthorised returns may not be processed and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

We are a small independent business and our London studio is now permanently closed. We no longer have the facilities or capacity to operate a standard returns service alongside the clearance of our remaining stock.

Please purchase carefully. Once a Clearance Sale order has been placed, it is considered final sale.

    Pierced Earrings – In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.

  • Online purchases can be returned for a full refund or store credit. Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and cannot be redeemed once expired. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchasers credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post/DHL and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we regret we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
